What are the delivery charges?

Kurtawala offers free shipping on all domestic orders above Rs. 1500. For orders below Rs. 1500 shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout before you confirm your order.

How long will it take for an order to reach me?

kurtawala.com is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost.

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order. Most orders are delivered within 2 to 3 working days (Exception of Made-to-order). Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

How can I cancel an order?

If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so before the your order has been dispatched.

Cancellations before dispatch: If you cancel your order before your product has been dispatched, you will get a full refund in your bank account.

Cancellations after dispatch: In case of cancellation after the product has been dispatched, we will refund entire amount excluding the shipping charges in form of credit note.

Can I exchange my order?

    Kurtawala has a liberal exchange policy for its customers. Customers can apply for exchange within 15 days from the day of the delivery. Products are only eligible for exchange if the are unworn/unused, unwashed, undamaged and has all its labels & tags intact with its original packaging.
     
    Incase of size exchanges, if the desired size of a product is sold out, customers will get full refund.
     
    Any items which are made to order on special requests shall not be eligible for exchange. 
     
    In case of returns and exchanges customers have to arrange a reverse pickup and send the product to the address mentioned below. Incase of special requests we can also arrange reverse pickups, to do so, kindly contact us at via email at connect@kurtawala.com or call on +91-9950622999.

      Can I return my order?

        All items are eligible for return within 15 days from the date of delivery.
         
        Products are only eligible for return if the are unworn/unused, unwashed, undamaged and has all its labels & tags intact with its original packaging.

        What is the refund policy?

        Refunds in case of order cancellation:

        Refunds in case of pre-paid order cancellation will be made in the form of Credit Note which can be used within a period of 1 year from the date of issue. Credit note will be emailed to you, once your order is cancelled.

        Refunds in case of order returns:

        Refunds in case of order returns will be made in form of Credit Note which can be used on the website within a period of 1 year from the date of issue. Credit Note will be emailed to you once we have received your reverse shipment and it is verified for meeting all return requirements.

        Note: Shipping fees, COD charges and gift services (if any) are non refundable.

        What if the product I received in damaged condition?

        If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at +91-9950622999 or email us at connect@kurtawala.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

        Can I self pickup my order?

        We offer self collection facility in Jaipur from the address mentioned below.
         
        If you wish to self collect your order please reach out to us at our customer care number +91-9950622999 or email us at connect@kurtawala.com to us with your order number to inform us if you wish to opt for self-collection of your order, on the same day you place your order.
         
        You can collect your order within 1 to 7 working days upon confirmation email.
